How to do ARC registration in Korea?

You have to register your ARC within 3 months since you arrive at Korea. If not, The E2 visa will be expired.

First time to get the E2 visa? then you need to register your fingerprints at the immigration office.

First, you need to make a reservation at hikorea.

Second, you go to the immigration office 20 min earlier than you made. ( The immigration fee is 30,000 won , If you want them mail your ARC to the school then you need to pay 3,000 won extra )

Last, you go to the immigration office to pick up your ARC or you can order to post it to your school

Total process would take around 4 weeks since the online booking is always full for 2 ~ 4 weeks

IMPORTANT

First, You have to register your alien card within 3 months since you arrive in Korea with the E2 visa

Second, You have to get 2 sealed medical checks from the hospital.( you can’t open it )

SECOND, GET A MEDICAL CHECK

THIRD, MAKE A ONLINE HIKOREA RESERVATION

FOURTH, COLLECT ALL THE DOCUMENTS

LAST, GO TO THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE AND REGISTER YOUR ARC

If this is not your first time to get an E2 visa ?

You do not need to register your fingerprint. you just apply for the ARC
