F-5-5 High-Value Investor Permanent Residency is for foreigners who have invested USD 500,000 or more in Korea and employed 5 or more Korean nationals on a continuous basis. Unlike most F-5 categories, there is no minimum prior stay period required — qualifying investors may apply directly for permanent residency.
