4. Copy of business registration certificate and corporate registry

5. Copy of foreign-invested company registration certificate

6. List of Shareholders

7. Office lease contract copy

8. House contract copy

9. Proof of business performance (export/import records, etc.)

10. Proof that the business site exists (office photos, signboard, etc.)

11. Personal tax payment certificate or VAT taxable-base certificate

12. Occupational Annual Income Amount Report

13. Proof of investment fund inflow, Power of Attorney etc

Whether an extension is possible with no income depends on the case. Individual investors with under KRW 300 million need extra documents such as capital use records (Stay Manual p.123)
