Hello I am currently on an F2-7 visa which will expire on January 6, 2023. I want to know the list of documents I need to renew my visa. Is it possible to renew it without a current 고용계약서 as I am in the process of changing the city I live in Gwangju –> Sejong and my job. Please help me and I will pay for your services. Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.

This is David Lee who is person in charge of F2-7 Visa.

When it comes to employment contract (고용계약서), you are not able to extend your visa without it.

You must get employment contract from current company in Gwangju or new company in Sejong

without fail since it is mandatory document.

To renew F2-7 Visa, you need to prepare docs inclduing employment, degree and criminal certificate etc.
