I am on my second consecutive year working for a Korean company and want to start applying for the F2 Visa.
My income was 37 million and my current company is trading on KOSPI. I have level 5 topik score.
I would like to know that I am eligible to apply. Could you let me know how long this usually takes

I would like to explain the eligibility of F2-7 Visa according to your information.
Eligible applicants
-People who have worked for korean company more than 3 years continuously with E7 Visa
Exemption for 3 years
1. Yearly income is more than 40 million won
2. Obtained a master degree in Korean university
3. Working for listed company in KOSPI or KOSDAQ
Point system visa
Anyone with over 80 points could be able to apply for F2-7 visa
Main point – age, income, education, major, korean language ability (TOPIK or KIIP)
Extra point – QS top ranking 500 university, community service, government recommendation etc
Although you have been working for only 2 years with E7 visa, you are able to apply for F2-7 Visa right way
since your company belong to listed company.
Normally, it will take about 2~3 weeks to prepare necessary documents and take about 1 month for judgement period.
You need to know that it will take more time if you have never submitted degree certificate and criminal background certificate with apostille.
