Please let me know whether you are patent owner / patent applicant or not.

In my experience, mostly university has patent right while you are inventor only.

Unfortunately immigration office do not give inventor the points.

In this case, you are not eligible to apply for F5-11 Visa.

Instead, you might apply for F5-9 Visa (Overseas PhD Degree holder) or F5-15 Visa (Domestic PhD Degree holder)

if you meet the requirements for relevant visas.
