I am X*********** living in Seoul, working in L**** division as a permanent employee since 2014.
Please find the attached slide with my personal information.
I have mentioned my objectives and preferences for resident Visa.
Kindly let me know which is the best resident visa for my spouse and I.
Also I would like to know more about the total processing fee and how long it would take to get the Visa.

This is David Lee who is person in charge of F5(permanent residence) & F2(residence) visa.
I understand your stance clearly through slide you have provided.
According to your personal information, it seems that you are eligible to apply for F5-11 or F5-15.
Regarding your spouse, she can apply for F-2 visa as dependent visa after you acquire F-5 visa as main visa holder.
I would like to guide you as follow.
In my experience, judgement period of F5-15 visa is shorter than F5-11 visa.
F5-15 Visa (Domestic PhD Degree holder) : normally 2~4 months
F5-11 Visa (Ability in specific fields such as science field) : normally 4~6 months
Therefore, I recommend you to apply for F5-15 visa.
F5-15 visa : 1 month for preparing documents and 2~4 months for judgement period
During judgement period of your F5-15 visa, we will prepare all documents of F-2 visa for your spouse as well.
F-2 visa : 1 month for preparing documents including marriage proof evidence, criminal background certificate.
Then, we will apply for F-2 visa for your wife as soon as you get permission from immigration office for your F5-15 visa.
