Hello,

I am looking to change my visa from e2 to an f2 or f2-7. I would like to know if I qualify and what documents I would need to prepare for immigration.

hi.

To apply for an F2 visa, you should first meet the basic application qualifications.

1. Staying for more than 3 years on the same visa

(Requirements for exemption from period of stay:

 proof of income of 40 million won or more,

 graduates of domestic universities, etc.)

2. The current residence visa must be maintained.

After checking the above conditions first,

you need to calculate your score based on  date of birth,

degree, kiip level, and last annual income.

Please note that accurate document guidance

and qualification review for each individual

can be carried out after the contract.
