Answer

Thanks for contact us

Here are the list of docs we need

1. a copy of biz license of the head office as well as shareholder’s list
2. a copy of passport and a copy of ID card of director of Korean company

Once we receive those docs, we will make some documents and send you by email

Your company in Australia need to get them apostilled and send me back by DHL

if your company has already found an office in Korea then we will register the company
If your company hasn’t found the office yet then we can help you to find one ( we can only help you to find somewhere like a shareoffice such as wework )

During this process, we will open your company bank account in Korea
and your company under your company name has to wire the fund which is minium around 80,000 USD ( equal to 100,000,000 won )

Once investment fund and documents arrives here in Korea
we start register the company

It would take around one month to complete

Once all done we will apply for your emplyee’s visa which his D-8 visa
It would take another 3 weeks
